Support impactful community initiatives as a part-time Donations Processing Representative at United Way BC in Burnaby, BC. This role is perfect for individuals seeking operational roles in data management and customer interaction.
As part of the Donor Services team, you will process donations, manage acknowledgments, and maintain donor information in Salesforce. This position supports ongoing operations and fluctuates in hours depending on donation campaigns, ensuring a dynamic work experience throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality customer service for donors and stakeholders
• Accurately process donations and maintain comprehensive records
• Create and update accounts in Salesforce CRM system
• Manage donation imports and exports effectively
• Resolve any processing errors or discrepancies swiftly
Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant experience in the field
• At least two years of office experience focused on customer service or donation processing
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strong detail orientation and adherence to established procedures
