Drive client success as an Intermediate Customer Account Manager at Clio, located in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto. Elevate customer adoption and retention through strategic engagement.
In this integral role, you will oversee a varied portfolio of clients, influencing their success throughout their journey with Clio. Your responsibilities include addressing customer challenges, enhancing usage of Clio’s products, and leading projects that foster engagement. The position calls for leveraging feedback to optimize customer experience and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage large portfolios to ensure customer satisfaction
• Tackle churn through proactive customer contact
• Leverage product knowledge to encourage re-engagement
• Handle escalations and navigate customer challenges
• Collaborate with Product teams to relay customer insights
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in Customer Success or Support
• 2+ years in account management functions
• Experience in sales and engagement with sales teams
• Interest in legal technology or AI solutions
• Bonus:
Familiarity with Salesforce tools
Support Clio’s mission by driving customer success and product adoption.
