Reporting to the Agency Manager, the Customer Sales and Service Representative 2 is responsible for delivering high standards of service. You'll assist customers in selecting products and services while performing essential tasks such as cash handling and supporting inventory management.
Your role includes aiding special projects that foster community connections, reinforcing UFA's commitment to member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quick, knowledgeable service to customers
• Support CRM activities including customer management
• Conduct cash handling and weekly inventory tasks
• Participate in special events and projects
• Ensure clean and organized work areas according to UFA policies
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma with 3-5 years of experience
• Strong service skills in agriculture or petroleum sectors
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Physical ability to lift 25 kg; forklift experience valued
• Current WHMIS and TDG certifications mandatory
