As the Program Manager, you'll lead Clio’s digital customer success strategies by designing impactful retention and adoption programs. This role requires collaboration with customer success leadership and will measure success by key indicators such as churn reduction and net revenue retention. You’ll manage everyday operations, document key processes, and leverage AI to automate tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee digital success program execution and reporting
• Document playbooks while optimizing operations with automation
• Maintain internal resources for customer success updates
• Analyze program performance and gather stakeholder feedback
• Partner with Marketing to align educational content and messaging
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in program management or customer success sectors
• Proficient in customer success automation tools
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Capable of data analysis and report generation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
