Join Good Life Fitness in Burnaby as a Motivator Customer Service Representative. Deliver exceptional service and support to members in a friendly, dynamic environment.
This part time role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all club visitors. As a front desk expert, you will be responsible for checking in members, answering queries, and promoting memberships. Your communication skills and knowledge of the fitness industry will ensure each member receives personalized attention and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and check them in efficiently
• Manage incoming calls and appointments smoothly
• Support members with advice on fitness equipment
• Facilitate Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new visitors
• Keep the club clean and tidy as needed
Requirements:
• Certification in CPR-A & AED is essential
• Must achieve Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Strong communication and customer focus
• Sales experience in customer service environments preferred
• Knowledge about fitness programs and services
Serve as a key ambassador for Good Life Fitness by enhancing member experiences in Burnaby.
