Client Success Onboarding Specialist Clio

This intermediate role requires you to manage the on-boarding process while ensuring a smooth transition to Clio’s legal AI products. You'll work on identifying and executing clients' first-value markers, maintaining engagement through effective communication. Team collaboration will be key as you partner with Sales and Customer Enablement to enhance the overall onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding training in engaging formats
• Identify customer metrics for initial value realization
• Monitor client cases and timelines diligently
• Update the knowledge base for enhanced client support
• Address and resolve customer escalations adeptly
Requirements:
• Customer-focused mindset with a knack for communication
• Understanding of the legal industry preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other SaaS platforms
• History of mentoring and guiding team members
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Your role will significantly impact the onboarding journey, yielding long-term success for Clio customers.
