TD Canada Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, process financial transactions accurately, and promote banking solutions.
Responsibilities- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and, when necessary, escalating non-standard activities.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes promptly and accurately.
- Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
- Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
- Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activity status.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to enhance operational excellence.
- High School diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience; an undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills suitable for a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Proactive initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Dynamic communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect calmly, courteously, and effectively with diverse individuals.
