Pay Details: $22.50 - $28.33 CAD

As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will manage a wide range of financial transactions while delivering a customer‑centric service that drives satisfaction and promotes banking solutions. You will identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and drive business objectives in a fast‑paced environment.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to recommend solutions and exercise discretion with confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities as necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.
  • Connect personally with customers to provide clear and effective guidance on banking solutions and processes.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by supporting team effectiveness and personal performance development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping everyone updated on routine activity status.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements whenever opportunities arise.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet usage.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail when handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to engage customers calmly, courteously, and effectively.
