As a key point of contact, you will engage with customers to provide helpful information and perform administrative tasks essential for daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct customer assistance and accurate information

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
• Familiarity with Fed Ex services and Canadian Customs regulations
• Must successfully lift up to 150 lbs
• Required to achieve training standards and thresholds
