This role involves administering complaint intake processes and conducting preliminary analysis to assess complaint grounds. You will manage complaints email correspondence, draft formal responses, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer preliminary complaint intake processes and triage files
• Draft and send formal correspondence to registrants and complainants
• Communicate professionally with difficult individuals via phone and email
• Organize and manage large volumes of complaint-related information
• Maintain accurate updates within the internal complaint tracking system
Requirements:
• Paralegal certificate/diploma preferred;
Bachelor's degree ideal
• 2-3 years of experience in a regulatory body or legal environment
• Familiarity with professional regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and analytical skills
