You'll utilize your customer service skills to handle all incoming leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Conduct follow-ups on unsold leads and service customers
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions
Requirements:
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills via various channels
• Comfortable with high call volumes and multitasking
• Basic computer skills and CRM experience
