As part of a 12-month contract, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Onboarding & Data Migration team. Your expertise will foster exceptional client experiences and ensure swift adoption of Clio’s suite of products. Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Enablement, you will drive customer success through strategic onboarding sessions and maintain account health throughout the entire Clio lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct strategy and training sessions for customer onboarding
• Drive customers towards achieving their first value
• Take responsibility for customer success across the Clio lifecycle
• Manage multiple client cases efficiently and effectively
• Act as a mentor for junior colleagues
Requirements:
• Strong customer service focus and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
• Comfort facilitating live sessions via Zoom
• Experience with SaaS tools, Salesforce is a bonus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
