As a Client Services Representative at BCFMA, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and a client-centric focus. This essential role requires skills in conflict resolution, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to navigate computer applications. Your contributions will help strengthen families and promote equity throughout British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for a client-centric approach in interactions
• Navigate client queries calmly, using active listening
• Escalate complex issues as needed
• Provide accurate responses to inquiries regarding services
• Update records and prepare correspondence timely
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum three years in a client-oriented role
• Strong telephone skills with conflict management experience
• Knowledge of policies and legislation
• Experience with social services preferred
