This role involves communicating with customers via email, phone, while coordinating with production teams to fulfill orders. You will maintain clear documentation, provide quotes, and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, all while bringing a friendly attitude to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients through various channels
• Manage client orders and coordinate with teams
• Provide quotes, updates, and invoicing assistance
• Maintain precise documentation of orders and client details
• Ensure every customer interaction is positive and supportive
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service or sales support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with social media and team dynamics
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
