In this role, you will process a variety of financial transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront. Understanding customer needs and applying solutions effectively are pivotal to your success. You will also contribute to a positive team dynamic while enhancing your own skills through the supportive environment at TD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle financial transactions following TD’s procedures
• Understand and address customer requirements effectively
• Respond to and resolve inquiries or issues
• Promote TD's banking solutions to achieve objectives
• Foster positive interactions and team effectiveness
Requirements:
• High School diploma and 1+ years relevant experience
• Strong skills in administration and organization
• Proficient with MS Office tools
• Dynamic communicator with customer service expertise
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin skills are a plus
