We're looking for a Technical Customer Support professional who will play a pivotal role in managing service requests and coordinating scheduling for our Security Service Technicians. This position requires excellent customer service and administrative skills, along with a keen understanding of security technology systems. You'll support documentation, billing, and service excellence throughout each customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality customer service to the Security Service Team
• Manage incoming service requests via phone and email
• Collaborate with customers to assess and resolve support inquiries
• Dispatch and schedule Security Service Technicians efficiently
• Track work orders from creation to completion and manage billing
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in customer service or administrative support
• Knowledge of security technology systems
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Utilize your customer service experience and organizational skills to support our Security Technology Service Operations.
