As part of the Client Services Team at Blueprint Genetics, a Quest Diagnostics company, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality customer support. In this position, you will manage product inquiries, order processing, and maintain CRM records while working collaboratively with laboratory and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries related to products and clinical statements via phone and email
• Supervise order processing and quality control processes

Requirements:
• Vocational or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred
• 1-2 years experience in customer service
• Bilingual in French and English mandatory
