Service Coordinator at Premier Equipment

In this pivotal position, you will oversee service department administration, supporting customer satisfaction initiatives at Premier Equipment. Your responsibilities include managing invoicing, organizing service records, and monitoring payroll as well as Work In Process metrics. Collaborate across Service, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure a seamless workflow and promote a “Customer First” mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support to Premier Equipment customers
• Manage administrative tasks for service department operations
• Track technician hours and labor performance accurately
• Schedule service department trucking and special events
• Enhance cross-department collaboration and communication
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard applications
• Experience in customer service or related skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Basic understanding of accounting practices
