Your responsibilities will include managing calls, greeting guests, and providing essential information to enhance the community experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a background in hospitality or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct visitors warmly and professionally
• Manage telephone inquiries and provide accurate information
• Sort and distribute mail and packages promptly
• Enter resident requests and information into software systems
• Ensure client safety by following operational procedures
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED completion
• Minimum 2 years in hospitality or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Willingness to work weekends
