We are looking for a capable Technical Customer Support professional to join our Security Service Team. In this position, you will deliver high-quality customer service while managing service requests and scheduling technicians. Your expertise will also encompass administrative support, including billing and tracking service work, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support
• Assess requests and collaborate on solutions with customers
• Schedule Security Service Technicians and prioritize requests
• Create and manage work orders, billing summaries, and discrepancies
• Maintain project documents and update CRM systems
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or administrative support
• Experience with material ordering and tracking
• Basic knowledge of security technology systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
