As a Northern Station Agent, you will manage customer services related to flights, including answering inquiries about fares, schedules, and routes. Your responsibilities include preparing boarding passes, handling baggage, and completing essential documentation for passenger and cargo loads. You will also trace lost baggage and communicate vital operational messages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide flight-related customer service and respond to inquiries

• Prepare boarding passes and check baggage accurately

• Complete passenger manifests and daily sales reports

• Trace lost or delayed baggage for customers

• Relay operational messages to ensure on-time departures

Requirements:

• Experience with computerized reservation systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Recognized for punctuality in past roles

• Capable of performing heavy lifting as needed

• Bilingual in French and English;
Cree knowledge is a plus
