In this motivator role, you will greet members and potential members, assist with check-ins, and handle incoming calls efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and check them in for workouts
• Handle calls within three rings and manage inquiries
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions to new members
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the Club
• Assist potential members in understanding club offerings
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of fitness industry
Support member success and foster a friendly culture while working with Good Life Fitness in Burnaby.
