Become a vital part of Open Road's client support team as a Full-Time Client Care Representative in Burnaby. You'll engage with customers through outbound calls and service management.
At Open Road, we pride ourselves on our progressive culture and commitment to excellent customer experience. In this role, you’ll handle 80-120 outbound calls daily, manage service appointments, and ensure that customer records are up to date. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Create, modify, and cancel service appointments
• Review customer files for service needs and book appointments
• Maintain detailed notes in the customer database
• Provide excellent customer service experiences
Requirements:
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Professional and confident communication style
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
