Inland Truck & Equipment seeks a dedicated Service Advisor to lead customer interactions efficiently. This role requires strong customer service skills, proactive problem-solving, and a pleasant sales approach. You'll provide accurate service estimates while guiding customers on proper vehicle care, ensuring their satisfaction at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries
• Schedule appointments and perform service check-ins
• Provide precise estimates and sell related services
• Maintain communication with customers throughout service
• Advise on vehicle care in accordance with specifications
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in service or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and organizational skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
