In this vital role, you will greet and check in members upon arrival, handle calls efficiently, and provide support on fitness equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members upon arrival

• Manage incoming calls and assist with bookings

• Offer Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new members

• Address member inquiries about amenities and services

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED Certification is essential

• Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Proven customer service experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and approachability

• Knowledge of fitness industry services
