Join Good Life Fitness as a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) in Burnaby, British Columbia. Be the welcoming face of our gym, assisting members and creating a clean, safe environment for fitness goals.
In this vital role, you will greet and check in members upon arrival, handle calls efficiently, and provide support on fitness equipment. Your effective communication and customer focus will be pivotal in resolving queries and ensuring member satisfaction. You can create an atmosphere that encourages engagement and motivates individuals on their fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members upon arrival
• Manage incoming calls and assist with bookings
• Offer Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new members
• Address member inquiries about amenities and services
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification is essential
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Proven customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and approachability
• Knowledge of fitness industry services
