You will be a vital member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, providing full-time on-site support.
Your role will focus on engaging clients, enhancing their banking experiences, and assisting with day-to-day transactions. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends across multiple banking centers is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help clients manage their financial accounts and products
• Ensure a meaningful client experience during interactions
• Connect clients to appropriate CIBC team members
• Assist with transactions and answer client inquiries
• Introduce clients to mobile banking technologies
