As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will leverage at least 2 years of travel consulting experience to provide tailored travel arrangements for corporate accounts.
Your role centers on organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, ensuring clients receive the finest service. Building strong relationships with clients will be crucial in maintaining their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange business travel including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Adhere to company guidelines and customer service standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs
• Foster strong client relationships
• Resolve any travel-related client issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of travel consulting experience
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in GDS systems, preferably Sabre
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
