Become a full-time Customer Service Dispatcher with Dominion Tours Inc in Burnaby, British Columbia. This role requires clear communication skills and efficient task management to support our clients.
The mid-level Dispatcher will handle customer inquiries, provide information on tours, and support tour guide coordination. You'll also be integral in preparing work orders and maintaining operational records. Effective internal communication is essential for swift problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field customer inquiries through phone and email systems
• Process and manage tour guide instructions and logistics
• Create daily service work orders and maintain accurate records
• Administer transportation department resources effectively
• Collaborate with teams on customer care issues
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of logistics experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capable of typing efficiently under multitasking conditions
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Spanish speaking capabilities are a plus
