This important role includes managing customer interactions and building a strong knowledge base around product lines. You will support the CSR Manager in operational tasks and empower team members to thrive. Your efforts will directly contribute to exceptional customer service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with order entries and manage shipping inquiries
• Provide guidance and mentoring to CSR team members
• Handle online chat and process customer transactions
• Develop relationships with returning customers
• Generate sales opportunities through effective communication
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma
• 4+ years of experience in customer service
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven skills in identifying customer needs
