Key Responsibilities:
• Centralize AML processes from branch to unified model
• Implement customer experience strategies for retail banking
• Manage and track customer interactions via Customer Connect
• Address complex customer conversations and account exits
• Contribute to digital market backlog enhancements
Requirements:
• Experience with BMO Customer Connect or big-bank systems
• Retail banking background with AML and fraud knowledge
• Strong communication skills for difficult conversations
• Proven customer relationship management skills
• Ability to balance compliance with customer service
