As a key part of the service team, your responsibilities include managing appointment cycles and ensuring customers are informed and satisfied throughout their service experiences. You will follow up on customer feedback and work closely with the Service Manager to address any concerns. This position is vital for executing Open Road's commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries regarding appointment scheduling
• Confirm service appointments and manage unconfirmed bookings
• Educate customers on recalls and offer appointment alternatives
• Document and communicate customer feedback to management
• Attend training and meetings as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer relations experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with automotive parts and equipment is a plus
• Good computer literacy for managing appointments
• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams
