Position: Part-Time Appointment Setting Role
Enhance your career as an Appointment Setter in Burnaby, BC, starting at $17.85 CAD per hour. Focus on contacting existing customers to provide updates on promotions and service needs in an evening setting.

This role offers a great opportunity to work part-time, 20-25 hours weekly, primarily during evening shifts. You'll engage with current customers in a friendly manner, ensuring no cold calling or high-pressure sales are involved. Weekend shifts are available to add flexibility to your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to discuss service promotions

• Review current service schedules with clients

• Identify new service work opportunities

• Provide friendly and supportive customer interactions

• Work towards generating leads for additional bonuses

Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with call centre experience

• Excellent phone communication skills

• Ability to work evening shifts until 8:30 pm

• Availability for Saturday hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
