As a Seasonal Concierge Advisor, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing Everyday Luxury. This role allows you to build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and styling confidence. The position includes comprehensive training and potential for long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer world-class service through Live Chat, Phone, and Email
• Utilize styling expertise to enhance client confidence in purchases
• Efficiently resolve client questions to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve and surpass performance targets consistently
Requirements:
• Passion for client service and nurturing client relationships
• Understanding of fashion trends and Aritzia’s brand values
• Proficient English communication skills
• Background in retail, contact centre, or hospitality preferred
• Commitment to learning and adapting to technology systems
