Compensation for this role is 55,000 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As the Specialist, Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to ensure our internal and external customers receive the highest level of service from RXO. What your day-to-day will look like:
Act as an advocate and champion of the customer to fulfill, meet and exceed their expectations
Analyze incoming orders to determine if the team can handle the order under quoted constraints of customer agreement, and offer alternatives if necessary
Maintain, update and utilize account profiles to ensure that the requirements are documented and an accurate representation of the customer’s service expectations, processes and measurements
Establish a plan to align service partners for success
At a minimum, you’ll need:1 year of experience in transportation or customer service
It’d be great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree2 years of experience in a call center environment
Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision and/or in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, can-do attitude to achieve goals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement, claims adjusters, etc., and to influence business/function leaders
Strong organizational and investigative skills
