Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Sort mail and notify clients of deliveries
• Set up meeting rooms for presentations
• Work with the Community Manager on event planning
• Ensure services are accurately billed and tracked
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Strong IT skills, especially with MS Office
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
• Adaptable to fast-paced changes
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada
