Reporting to the Manager, Administration, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to phone calls and emails and provides customer service and administrative support for the Licensing & Consumer Service Branch. He/She/They responds to customer inquiries by phone and email, provides accurate information regarding licensing requirements and regulatory obligations, explains the Homeowner Protection Act and maintains records, and performs clerical functions that support Licensing & Consumer Services daily operations.

The position provides licensing information, manages a shared inbox, and responds to a high volume of inbound calls regarding licensing, renewals, applications, amendments, new home registrations, owner builder authorizations, compliance matters, and appeals.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• High school graduation and completion of a post-secondary course in office or Business Administration or other relevant field.
• Sound experience working in a regulated environment and applying policies and procedures in a day-to-day operation.
• Sound experience working in a Customer Service Experience role.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience acceptable to the Employer.
