First Service Residential is looking for a Concierge dedicated to offering top-tier customer service. This role requires a strong customer service background and one year of direct experience. As the face of the property, you will address all resident and guest needs while maintaining a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents and guests, ensuring all receive assistance

• Provide exceptional service, prioritizing resident satisfaction

• Tackle problems and enhance experiences through resolution

• Conduct property patrols, maintaining safety and order

• Manage packages from delivery to storage effectively

Requirements:

• Proven direct customer service experience of at least one year

• Strong command of English, both orally and in writing

• Previous strata building experience is an asset

• Flexible to work in various environmental conditions

• Passion for creating a welcoming community atmosphere
