You will be a key member of the Donor Services team, responsible for processing donations, maintaining donor records, and communicating effectively with both donors and colleagues. This hands-on operational position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment focused on community-driven change across British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage donation processing and donor records in Salesforce
• Deliver high-quality service to donors and team members
• Investigate and recommend solutions for processing discrepancies
• Support department operations as necessary
• Handle both electronic and physical donation methods
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus further relevant education
• Two years of relevant office or customer service experience
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Strong detail orientation and procedure adherence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
