Part-Time Bilingual Call Centre Specialist

Located in New Westminster, BC, this position requires you to coordinate with current and prospective clients, ensuring support and guiding them through inquiries. You will leverage your bilingual skills to create a seamless customer experience, assist with appointment support, and meet key performance indicators set by the Call Center Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bilingual client inquiries in English and French

• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify sales opportunities

• Track and report on daily activities accurately

• Assist appointment setting representatives with bookings

• Maintain high integrity and ethical standards in all interactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Minimum of two years in a call centre environment

• Fully bilingual in English and French, oral and written

• Proficiency in MS Office and customer support tools

• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented mindset
