Service Dispatcher

Coordinate field electricians and customer requests as a Service Dispatcher with Houle in Burnaby, using organization and communication skills daily.

This Service Dispatcher supports Houle’s Service Division by connecting clients with field electricians. You will assess inquiries, schedule technicians, manage work orders, and support accurate billing. The position requires organized habits, computer proficiency, and customer-focused communication. You will also monitor documentation and follow established service standards.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Assess service requests and gather relevant information
• Prioritize requests and dispatch service technicians
• Create work orders and support invoicing processes
• Monitor reports, documentation, and completion timelines

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years coordinating technician schedules
• Experience tracking, billing, and reporting
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
• Superior written and verbal English communication skills
