Bilingual Travel Assistance Representative

Support Canadian travelers remotely as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative using fluent French, English, and strong problem-solving skills.

This six-month contract serves travelers, financial institutions, and retail customers across Canada. You will answer inquiries, manage non-medical assistance cases, and help customers navigate claims and online portals. The work emphasizes customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.

• Handle approximately 40-50 inbound customer calls daily
• Respond to phone and email inquiries in French and English
• Open and manage non-medical assistance cases
• Provide pre-trip, travel advisory, vaccine, and benefit information
• Maintain accurate case notes and customer documentation

• Fluency in written and verbal French and English
• Six-plus months of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication, active listening, and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems independently and think critically
• Commitment to completing the full training period
