Account Manager, Client Relationship Management
Support helicopter repair sales through responsive customer service, accurate quotations, and organized coordination at Select Helicopter Services Ltd. Work in person Monday to Friday.
This permanent, full-time position serves commercial, military, and private fleets worldwide, supporting repairs, overhauls, cargo hooks, hydraulic components, parts, rentals, and exchange units. You will manage customer communications, obtain supplier pricing, process approvals, and coordinate transactions. Internal collaboration with Production, Stores, QA, Shipping, Accounts, and Leadership helps maintain customer timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve customers throughout quotation and service processes
- Apply approved pricing markups under company policy
- Obtain supplier pricing and lead-time information
- Coordinate procurement and repair scheduling activities
- Identify workflow and customer communication improvements
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities
- Three to five years in related customer-facing work
- Ability to manage priorities and competing deadlines
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one
Use strong communication, quotation preparation, and relationship-building skills to coordinate helicopter repair customers and service commitments.
