Customer Support Order Processing Associate

Support customers and process orders at STEMCELL Technologies, using accurate data entry and clear communication in an onsite Vancouver setting. Four full-time, fixed-term openings are available.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will support an assigned territory for one of Canada’s largest biotechnology companies. The work includes order processing, shipment coordination, customer communication, and issue resolution. You will interact with Sales, Technical Support, Distribution, and other internal departments to meet service goals.

• Process customer and internal orders accurately in the enterprise resource planning system
• Support territory orders, inquiries, and sales representative requests
• Manage backorders, standing orders, and specific batch requests
• Resolve customer issues through Live Chat, phone, and email
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely shipment and invoicing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Microsoft or Google suite knowledge and adaptability with new programs
• Customer service or order processing experience is an asset
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is an asset
