Resolve shipment problems for Purolator in Burnaby using customer service, package handling, and Salesforce case tracking. This temporary position offers variable shifts without overnights.
As a Support Representative, Shipment Resolution, you will resolve problem and return shipments within the assigned terminal. The work involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, reviewing shipment information, and addressing delivery issues. You will also support freight processing and redelivery preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact customers and colleagues about package information
- Enter shipment details and resolve delivery issues
- Scan, sort, and reorganize undelivered freight
- Process freight damages and inspect damaged packages
- Prepare packages for redelivery and update tracking information
- Three months of customer service experience
- Proficiency in English for frequent stakeholder communications
- Knowledge of operations management and planning
- Understanding of shipping and receiving operations
- Availability for variable weekday and weekend shifts
