Position: Dentist Part-Time RN Role

Burnaby City Dentist is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to fill a part-time role in its busy dental office. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential nursing care during dental treatments with sedation, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Your experience in critical care and effective communication will be crucial in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crucial nursing care for sedation-related procedures

• Monitor patient vitals for safety during treatments

• Oversee post-operative recovery for optimal patient health

• Maintain clear communication with patients and families

• Collaborate with dental teams to ensure care standards

Requirements:

• Registered with The British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• Passed the NCLEX-RN or CRNE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operating Room or PACU

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment

• Strong patient communication abilities
