We are looking for an exceptional Full‑Time Admin Lead to help guide the patient experience and support our collaborative, compassionate team. Because we are a non‑assignment based practice, you can focus all your energy on guiding patient care.

• Lead and support the administrative team

• Uphold a positive, health‑centered office culture

• Minimum of 2 years dental administration experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with treatment coordination is an asset
• Passion for wellness, holistic health, or patient education is highly valued
• Willing to learn about oral systemic health
• Leadership experience preferred but not required for the right person
