Join Life Dental as a licensed Dental Assistant in New Westminster, BC, where patient care meets excellence. This position focuses on procedural support, compliance with safety standards, and fostering strong patient relationships.
As part of a team dedicated to community-centered dental care, you will prepare treatment areas, assist dentists and hygienists, and perform vital administrative tasks.
Your role includes taking dental X-rays and ensuring infection control protocols are followed to guarantee the best care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare treatment rooms and materials effectively
• Assist during treatments to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform dental X-rays and manage digital records
• Maintain instrument sterilization and infection control
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
Requirements:
• Must be registered or licensed as a Dental Assistant
• Prior experience preferred in dental assisting
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Familiarity with IPAC guidelines
• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction
