is looking for an enthusiastic Licensed Dental Assistant (formerly referred to as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in British Columbia) to join our well-established practices in New Westminster and South Surrey, British Columbia.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist Orthodontist with all stages of orthodontic procedures such as direct bond bracket procedures, arch wire and appliance adjustments, and aligner appointments
- Providing all aspects of clinical patient care in a professional, efficient, and caring manner
- Sterilization procedures, setting up the operatories, taking x-rays, photos, and intraoral scans
- Building positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule
- Enter detailed chart/record notations in the practice management system
- Provide reports to parents/guardians
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice
The Teammate We’re Looking For
- Must hold current licensing/registration required to practice as a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) (formerly referred to as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in British Columbia). New graduates welcomed!
- Completion of the Orthodontics Module
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Strong commitment to infection prevention, sterilization, and maintaining a clean clinical environment
