About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established organization operating within the commercial roofing and building envelope space. They support construction projects across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island by working closely with architects, designers, and key specifiers to influence product selection and specifications early in the design process.

This role is relationship-driven by design and focused on growing market presence within the architectural and design community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and key specifiers
• Promote roofing and building envelope products and systems
• Review project specifications and design documentation
• Identify new opportunities within architectural and design portals
• Conduct product presentations and lunch-and-learn sessions
• Support the specification process from design through pre-construction
• Participate in industry and association events to strengthen market presence
• Manage multiple active opportunities concurrently across the territory

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Experience in architectural, construction, or technical sales environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• College diploma in Architectural Technology or Construction is considered an asset
• Prior exposure to roofing or building envelope systems is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
