AECOM Buildings + Places is seeking an architectural professional in a newly created position. You will perform architectural calculations, prepare specifications, and support design and drafting teams. Your contributions will help shape projects through moderate to complex design assignments while maintaining standards and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic architectural and engineering calculations
• Prepare reports, specifications, and related data
• Liaise with design and drafting groups on projects
• Review and approve drawings as required
• Conduct material take-offs for discipline applications
Requirements:
• University diploma or degree with four years of experience
• Proficiency in REVIT, BIM, MS Office, and Adobe Suite
• Strong communication skills essential for collaboration
• Familiarity with codes and software applications
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team
